Staying fit online with Sparks
During Covid19 it is hard to stay fit and stay motivated. we are so excited to offer a new weekly online schedule to keep fit, have fun stay motivated from the comfort of yourown home.
-Fitness hiit
-Dance classes
-Private coaching
-Tumble coaching

Along with our online weekly fitness classes we are also offering private tumble and cheer classes online, our classes focus on conditioning the body focusing on the muscles, skills and drills that are required for cheer and dance.

New Return of Cheer government update
We are Excited for the new Governement guidelines announced and welcome the soon return of cheer. We are currently awaiting further guidence from SportCheer England before we can announce when we will be able to return and how we plan on going forwards into Season 11.

There will be changes to how our teams will train and run during this time.

Wew are excited to keep everyone fit, get everyone back to training and doing what we love, but most importantly keeping all safe whilst we try and return on the road to a new normal

We will keep you all updated and we cant wait to start the new season with you all

Cheerleading through Covid
Sadly due to the current Covid19 our season was drawn to a sad pause, we were all set to go out and show our amazing routines with our Level 1-6 cheer teams along with our International open Dance teams, we are sad that our new skills and hard work of all of our athletes had to be put on hold but we cannot wait to get back to it and build more amazing routines full of skill and sass! We are now looking towards our new season11 and the soon return to cheer so dont forget to sign up to be part of our amazing family.

All of our Dance International Open Dance Teams take home undefeated 1st place and Grandchampion Titles!

 Introducing Rebel Rec and Rebel Rec Juniors
We are so excited to introduce our New Rebel Rec team who train two sundays a month and allow for a drop in basis.
Often it is hard to fully commit to a full competition season but we dont want anyone to miss out on having cheer in their lives and training up new skills.
Why not come along and be part of Rebel Rec and stay fit whilst making new friends and training up new skills
